Ministry of Cabinet Affairs

This Dubai-based workspace redefines the corporate interior as a restorative ecosystem. Strategically harmonizing biophilic innovation with regional identity, the design utilizes organic, curvilinear forms— evident in the custom ghaf-inspired timber tables—to disrupt traditional office rigidity.

Structural transparency is achieved through expansive glass partitions that invite abundant natural light, while integrated greenery and a palette of warm, earthy textures promote psychological well-being and peak productivity. The spatial organization balances high-performance open plans with tactile “recharge” zones, featuring artisanal rope-weave screening and sculptural motifs of UAE leadership.

By marrying high-end materiality with an adaptable, climate-sensitive aesthetic, the project creates a resilient environment that feels both globally sophisticated and deeply rooted in its desert context. It is a forward-looking vision of the workplace: a flexible, human-centric sanctuary where cultural narrative meets the future of spatial fluidly.
